Taking just on 18 months, this project was a complex mix of demolition, conversion, strengthening, new build and fit-outs resulting in a stylish 6 level office building with ground floor retail on the fringe of Auckland’s CBD.
The first development completed, a design and build, 5 Green star designed, 7 storey office building with basement parking and large exterior balconies on the top floors. Won Best in Class at the Property Council Awards in 2013
